Heather has over 15 years of executive search experience focused exclusively on the Engineering function. She is a trusted expert in recruiting S/VP Engineering and CTO leaders to early-stage startups as well as large public companies.

Prior to returning to her own specialty practice, Heather was a Partner at a boutique executive search firm, leading their technology practice. She began her career at Korn/Ferry.

Heather earned her Bachelor Degree in Environmental Sciences from UC Berkeley, which she attended on a full gymnastics scholarship. She is also the Founder of divHERsity, an organization to advance women in engineering leadership roles. In her spare time, she’s a gym rat to offset her passion for great wine and her husband’s awesome cooking.
